If you have an amazing idea and you want to patent it, so that no one will be able to steal it from you, then you definitely want to know How to Patent an Idea fast. So, the first thing you will need to do is to have a provisional patent application written down. This is just the first step that you will need to do and you should know that this is the only step you will take that will to require you to get help from a lawyer. If you will like though to contact a specialized agency that will deal with this, then you will need to pay around eight hundred and twenty four hundred dollars in order to have the essential prepared. So, if your curious about this and want to know what you will be in for after this will have ended, you should know that it is generally described as absolute power over your idea. With an idea that is profitable, you can make a lot of money.

You will be the only one who will be negotiating with companies and will decide on how much profits you will get to earn if you will sell your idea to them. You will also get to benefit from protection from the law for 1 year straight. Also, copying and promoting and also selling your idea will be things that you will not have to worry about any longer, as you will be able to do this freely. Your idea will also get a “Patent pending” tag, too. Also, if there are other individuals or companies that will love to have that idea patented, they will not be able to do so for one year. Also, before your 1 year moths of protection will expire, you will need to have the full patent of your idea filed. This will most of the time be achieved by the company to whom you have had your idea marketed to. They are not only richer than you, but also have a lot more expertise on this. The licensing fees, royalties, signing and so on, can also be negotiated by you, in regards to having the final patent rights negotiated. There are just endless possibilities that you can take advantage of. But the first step you will need to take is to have a provisional patent application written, so don’t ever forget that. From now on, you will not have to wonder How to get a patent on your idea any longer, as you were already let in on the answer!

Back in the 1990s INXS had a hit called ‘Never Tear Us Apart’, a song and accompanying music video that shaped my future. The video was set in the snowy streets of Prague, and evoked a romantic idyll that stayed with me into adulthood, and is the reason that I decided to become a travel writer. My next excursion will see my childhood dreams come true as I get to review boutique hotels in Prague, the capital of the Czech Republic.

Prague is famed for being an architectural delight with gothic overtones, romance and intrigue all rolled into one. The City has been a popular destination for Brits for years; at one time for its cheap beer-fuelled stag nights, but now for couples wanting a romantic city break. When I was offered the chance to review boutique hotels in Prague, I could not resist the temptation to invite my significant other, after all, what better way to feel the romance of the city than with as loved one; and of course feel for real the inspiration from all those years ago.

Our itinerary includes visiting the nearby historical towns that are home to Hansel and Gretel houses, and the many castles that are somehow tucked away in the Czech countryside. Other sightseeing adventures planned include witnessing the 15th century astronomical clock in the Old Town Square strike the hour and posing for a few touristy photos on the iconic Charles Bridge. This is actually where the aforementioned music video was set, and therefore an important part of my visit to Prague.

After sampling the daytime delights that every new visitor to the area must indulge in, we aim to soak up the culture of the city in one of the many restaurants and bars amongst the cobbled streets and baroque buildings and then seek out some Eastern European nightlife. Apparently the local beers are not to be missed, and if we have enough, we are sure to have a good nights sleep in our first boutique hotels in Prague.

With the tourist essentials out of the way, it will well and truly be time to get on with some work, after all that is why I am there. Taking my trusty laptop, it’ll be time to check out the coffee shops and cafes and get my first hand experience of the city down in a first draft. As you can imagine, being a travel writer is tiring work, and my next stay in one of the many luxury boutique hotels in Prague will be just what I need for a well earned rest!

The key to effective telephone sales coaching, for selling and making appointments, is to seek out a very sensible reason for contacting your prospects and then use it in your introduction stage of the call. You may grab their attention, give them a reason to listen to you, and create gaining their agreement a ton easier. This phonephone sales tip will show you how to find great reasons to use on your calls, and which means you’ll increase your results and earn additional money.

The most vital part of any telesales or appointment setting decision is the explanation for calling. If you have a good reason for contacting the prospect your call will sound sort of a genuine business call and not a random telesales cold call. Meaning the prospect is additional likely to take your decision and truly hear what you say. However how do you discover relevant info that you’ll be able to use as a reason for contacting prospects and customers?

My field sales groups have invariably used the Internet to analysis prospects and customers before meeting for a sales appointment. By viewing the prospect’s website, business news websites, legislation and monetary pages, and the sites of their competitors, we tend to find tons of helpful data that we can use in the sales meeting.

Recently we have custom-made this sales technique and added it to our telesales training and appointment setting skills. We have a tendency to were trying for a approach to search out more specific reasons for cold calling prospects. We have a tendency to wanted the sales introduction stage of the decision to sound like a business decision specific to the prospect, and not just another telesales decision with another supply which will or may not be of interest to them. Thus now, before we tend to make cold calls to new sales prospects, or contact our existing customers, we tend to do the identical analysis that we do before sales meetings. We have a tendency to look on the Net for a few specific reason for contacting people or groups of prospects. By researching on the Internet we have a tendency to can notice recent or future changes that will have an effect on the prospect, which we will give a resolution to, or facilitate them to take advantage of.

The key phonephone sales skill is to then build this reason for calling into the script of the call. To be effective the data from the Net has got to be used in such a way that it relates to options and advantages of the product and services being sold. We have a tendency to have invested time developing this technique and finding ways in which to make the introduction stage of our calls work extremely well. This makes closing the sale, and gaining agreement to a sales appointment, a lot of easier to achieve.

If you are in direct sales to the general public you’ll want to look for news concerning the native area around your prospects. What’s happening that might create them wish your product and services. Are there news that you’ll be able to use to push the utilization of what you sell. There are obvious links like: Crime figures to security products. House prices to home improvements and building work. Then there are less obvious changes that would be a sensible reason for calling, like: Coming up with permission, traffic and road changes, noise pollution, and provision of services like cable TV or broadband.

B2B sales individuals will recognize that there are a big selection of outdoor influences which will impact your prospect’s business. In the telephone sales coaching I give my groups we have a tendency to follow matching even the foremost tenuous links to a possible reason for calling. Like all sales skills it becomes easier with observe, and the team soon find out how to quickly notice information from the Web and use it in their cold calling scripts.

It takes time to do the research. You would like to pay time on the Web and build up a library of internet sites to search. You have got to be clever enough to think about alternative ideas and recognize connections. You furthermore mght would like to be intelligent enough to understand what will impact your prospects and customers. When you find some sensible snippets of knowledge that may be used for a group of prospects in one area or a sort of industry, you’ll really start to increase sales and make a lot of appointments. The investment of some time in learning to use these telephone sales tips can be well rewarded well. Like many telephone sales skills, this method is not simple, it isn’t for everyone, but those that do use it will gain a big advantage over those who don’t.

10. Google Keyword Tool – If you are interested in knowing what key words are used by the majority of your customers (for search engine optimization) -Wordstream is the best tool available.

A trademark lawyer is one who specializes in trademark law which extends to the exclusive rights of a company or individual over a particular design or logo or pattern. A trademark on any design is a means to protect it from imitation. A trademark lawyer offers legal advice to his clients regarding the proper use of trademarks to protect against intellectual property theft and to establish the client’s exclusive right over his creative product.

The primary job of a trademark lawyer is to ensure that the client’s product or service has a registered trademark. Unlike patents and copyrights, a trademark is probably the only intellectual property tool which is permanent. Thus a registered trademark provides maximum protection again imitation or infringement. Another important job of the lawyer is to do adequate background research about the intellectual property for which his client is seeking a trademark.

He needs to ensure that the design or logo does not imitate any pre- existing logo.

The law in most countries is that if a trademarked design is not used within five years of getting the registration, the trademark may be declared invalid due to ‘non-use’. The trademark holder must use the trademark in the course of trade or enforce its registration while fighting against any infringement to prevent losing it due to ‘non-use’.

A major downside of this is that an individual or company could be perpetually tied up in infringement cases just for fear of losing his trademark. This is where the expertise of the trademark lawyer comes in.

It is up to the discretion of the trademark lawyer to determine which infringement cases should be pursued and fought and which ones may be dismissed as minor and harmless.

The lawyer would be saving his clients a lot of money by avoiding unnecessary legal work.

15th August is a historical day for India. It is our Independence day. This day, after a long and hard struggle, India won freedom from the clutches of the Britishers. It was a unique war of non-violence which was led by great leaders, like Mahatma Gandhi, Jawahar Lal Nehru, Subhash Chandra Bose, Gokhle, Lala Lajpat Rai, Tilak, Sardar Patel and Bhagat Singh.

It was a mass movement in which common people took an active part. It was a result of the sacrifice of selfless leaders and people, who dedicated their lives for future generations.

On 15th August 1947, the nation celebrated its first Independence day. It was a day of rejoicing and pride. Our first Prime Minister, Jawahar Lal Nehru, hoisted the national flag from the ramparts of the Red Fort in Delhi. This was the dawn of a new era. It was a promise of progress and prosperity.

The Independence day since then is celebrated every year all over the country.

On this day, the sky is filled with the tricolour flags. Like thousands of rainbows, the flags flew in the sky over lofty buildings. Almost every institution, school, Office and college celebrates the flag hoisting ceremony.

The schools organize special assemblies in which homage is paid to those who laid their lives for the Independence of the country. Patriotic songs and re-enactment of the famous episodes of Independence struggle are performed. These motivate the children to serve the nation and be ready to sacrifice. Painting, dance, music and drama competitions are organized to commemorate the occasion. The newspapers publish special supplements on the Independence day.

The Independence day reminds us of the dedication, suffering and struggle of our freedom fighters and leaders, who gave India the freedom. It is our duty to protect the freedom of the country. For this, we should remain united and work for the progress of the country. This day should not be just a ritual, but we should think of the poor who are still not free from poverty, hunger and slavery. Freedom has brought cheers to every Indian.

India between 1858 and 1947 had been under British occupation. The occupation has been often called the “Raj” meaning “rule” hence the widely accepted phrase the “British Raj” covering the whole of the Indian subcontinent.

The British first came as traders in the form of “East India Company” under the banner of the British Monarch Queen Elizabeth I of England. These merchants came to the sands of Gujarat where they defeated the Portuguese hence befriending Jahangir, the son the Akbar the great, the Muslim ruler of India. The company eventually gained autonomy from British Monarch and started minting its own money and maintaining its own army.

It was in 1757 when Lord Clive defeated the king of Bengal “Siraj Ud Daulah” that gave the British the will and the courage to acquire the whole of India. Slowly they gained a wide territory from the north of the Punjab to the south taking Mysore from “Tipu Sultan”.

Several local kings were made their subordinates and protectorates and paid a monthly tax to the company to maintain their territory. The “policy of annexation” of several princely states caused resentment among the princes. The policy was that if a kingdom did not have a male heir, the territory would automatically come under British control.

India’s freedom struggle started in 1857 famously described as the “revolt of 1857″ or the “sepoy mutiny” by the British. Sepoy is synonymous to the current private in the U.S. army. The word sipoy is derived from Persian meaning a “sipahi,” still used in the Indian, Pakistani and the Bangladeshi armies. The Indians however, like to remember it as the first war of independence.

The cow being holy to the Hindus while the pig considered dirty by the Muslims, rumours spread between the ranks that the British had introduced an “Enfield rifle” that used cartridges smothered with cow and pig fat.

Indian soldiers refused to use the cartridges that were alleged to be greased with the fat of cow and the pig. Mangal Pandey from Regiment of the “Bengal Native Infantry” of the “East India Company” refused to oblige and killed an English officer for insulting his religion. He was captured and hanged. This enraged other sepoys and they rebelled. They freed the sepoys that had refused to cooperate and fled. The news spread across other barracks. This single event on March 29, 1857 at Barrackpore, India; took shape as India’s struggle for independence. The first war of Indian independence was born.
